Met Office forecast dust-thunderstorm rain with hailstorms

ISLAMABAD, May 23 (WNP): The met office Thursday forecast that a shallow westerly wave is affecting western parts of the country and likely to persist till Friday.
According to details, dust-thunderstorm rain with few hailstorms is expected at scattered places in Malakand, Hazara, Mardan, Peshawar, Kohat, Rawalpindi, divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir, while at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Multan divisions on this night.
Hot and dry weather is expected elsewhere in the country.
On Friday, dust-thunderstorm rain with few hailstorms is expected at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Mardan, Peshawar, Kohat, Bannu, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Sahiwal divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir.
However, hot and dry weather is expected elsewhere in the country.
As per temperatures, Shaheed Benazirabad, Jaccobabad remained 43°C, while Rohri, Sakrand, Moenjodaro, Larkana, Mirphurkhas, Sukkur, Turbat, Noorpur Thal and Mithi 42°C.
