LAHORE, June 16 (WNP): PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz Sunday held a meeting at Jati Umra and agreed to launch struggle against the government and implement the Charter of Democracy that was signed between Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif.
The PPP chairman was invited for the meeting by Maryam Nawaz on Saturday. She received him as he arrived at her residence.
The PPP chairman was accompanied by Mustafa Nawaz Khokar, Qamar Zaman Kaira, Chaudhry Manzoor and Hassan Murtaza.
Rana Sanaullah, Muhammad Zubair, Pervaiz Rashid, Marriyum Aurangzeb accompanied Maryam Nawaz during the meeting with PPP chairman.
Both the leaders agreed that only democracy and supremacy of constitution can take the country forward.
They also agreed not to allow government to get the budget approved and discussed the possibility of launching a decisive movement against the government.
